Request a Quotation
Tell us the application, the parameter or gas, the expected range and the method framework your report must follow. An engineer — not a sales script — replies with a configuration recommendation and a price, normally within one working day.
1. Your enquiry is routed by country and product family to the engineer who owns that line, not to a general inbox. 2. If your application is technically unusual, that engineer may ask one clarifying question before pricing — a question about stack diameter or method framework usually shortens the cycle rather than lengthening it. 3. You receive a configuration recommendation, a price and a lead time in writing. 4. Nothing is sent to a newsletter, and your details are not resold.
The form
Every field below exists because leaving it out causes a technical query later. The ones marked required are the minimum for us to quote accurately; the optional ones typically save one round of clarification.
A person, not a role. Replies go to you, not to a department.
Please use your company address. Free mailbox addresses are not accepted for quotation requests — a procurement trail has to exist for the file to be useful to you.
This determines the Incoterm, the certification route and the freight cost — the three variables that most change a price.
This decides which engineer answers, and how the quotation is framed.

This is the field that determines quotation quality. Please write it in your own words — what is being measured, in what gas or water, and what the result has to be used for. A short paragraph beats a form with twenty boxes.
Optional but prevents the most common technical loop in the quotation cycle. Range determines the sensor, the pump and often the filter loading.
If you are not sure, say so and we will help you identify it. Our method reference lists what each framework actually determines.
Cheap to ask about, expensive to discover after delivery. Protocol requirements should be stated at quotation.
Distinguishes a sample evaluation from a fleet order, and changes the quotation structure.
This is the most useful thing you can send. If you are working to a published method, attach the method sheet. If you are comparing against another supplier, attach their datasheet. Either way it lets us quote against the same document you are working from, and it usually turns a three-round enquiry into one.
Send enquiry
An engineer replies within one working day, Monday to Saturday. No obligation, and no newsletter signup — this form exists to answer your technical question.
We will not publish prices on this site, and we will not quote a configuration without knowing the measurement range and the method framework. A price for the wrong configuration is worse than no price, because it comes back as a dispute.
We will state the configuration in writing, name the standards the instrument is built to, ship with a calibration record showing measured values and the reference standard used, and tell you plainly what still has to be done by your own accredited test body.
What happens after you submit — the full sequence
- Automatic acknowledgement with a reference number. Keep it: quote it in any follow-up.
- Routing by country and product family to the owning engineer. OEM enquiries route to the private-label team.
- Technical review, normally same day. If a parameter is missing from your description, one question goes out rather than a wrong price.
- Quotation with the configuration, the standards, the lead time and the Incoterm you asked for.
- Sample or first article where the project warrants it, before any production commitment.
- Order confirmation with the serial-number scheme, the calibration scope and the delivery plan.
Reference numbers and full revision history are kept on file for every quotation issued, so a follow-up conversation never has to start from scratch.

Before you send — five details that make the quotation right first time
- The method framework. “Stack particulate” is not a specification; “particulate under our national implementing method, report required” is.
- The expected range. A low-range and a high-range SO2 measurement are different configurations of the same analyser.
- The physical conditions. Flue gas temperature, duct diameter, stack pressure. These decide the pump and the probe.
- The output requirement. 4–20 mA and RS485 are different boards, and the protocol is a delivery item, not a software setting.
- The destination and the date. Country determines the certification route and the freight; the date determines whether the configuration is standard or engineered.
Our Standards & Methods reference is the fastest way to check which framework applies, and it is free to download as a spreadsheet for tender documents.
