Fixed Source Exhaust Gas Monitoring
Stationary source emission measurement covers the most heavily regulated work in environmental compliance. Stack dust sampling, flue gas analysis, velocity and moisture determination and dioxin sampling each follow a different method, and the instrument must match the method your report is prepared under.
What this family covers
Isokinetic stack dust samplers for gravimetric particulate determination, portable FTIR and UV flue gas analyzers for SO2, NOx, CO and ammonia, beta-ray stack dust probes, velocity monitors, dioxin and heavy metal samplers, and dual-channel gas samplers for boiler, kiln, furnace and incinerator exhaust.
Applications
Thermal power and biomass plants · cement, lime and steel kilns · waste incineration and solid waste treatment · chemical process heaters · industrial furnaces · sulfuric acid plants · gas turbines and fuel gas exhaust · regulatory stack testing

How to specify
Stack testing instruments are specified by the method, not by the headline number. Isokinetic sampling requires the pitot coefficient, probe geometry and flow-tracking logic to match the test method; a flue gas analyzer must state its interference correction and moisture handling before an SO2 figure means anything. Send us the method framework (EPA, EN or HJ) and the gas or parameter, and we will configure the instrument to match.

Frequently asked questions
Which method framework applies to my stack test?
The instrument must suit the framework your report is prepared under. Our stack samplers are built to GB/T 16157-1996 and HJ/T 48-1999 for isokinetic gravimetric particulate determination, with a low-concentration gravimetric method to a stated lower limit of 1 mg/m³. The physical principle and probe geometry are the same as US EPA Method 1-5 and EN 13264-1; procedural details differ between frameworks. We supply the instrument configuration and verification records your accredited test body requires.
How do I choose between FTIR and UV for flue gas?
FTIR (the 2086) measures a wide gas panel simultaneously and is the right choice when the gas matrix is complex or expandable. UV (the 3023 and 3023Y) gives fast, stable SO2 and NO measurement with strong interference rejection for typical combustion exhaust. State your gas list and concentration range in the enquiry and we will recommend one rather than sell you both.
Can these instruments be used in hazardous areas?
Intrinsic safety applies to the portable gas detection and velocity instruments rather than the rack samplers. State your certification requirement (GB 3836 / IECEx alignment) in the enquiry and we will confirm what can be provided for the specific model.
What accuracy should I expect, and how is it stated?
Every specification we publish carries its measurement conditions — range, ambient temperature, compensation mode, gas and response time. We do not publish a bare accuracy figure without the context that makes it meaningful.
