3012H Automatic Stack Dust Sampler / Flue Gas Analyzer
Overview
Stationary source emission measurement covers the most heavily regulated work in environmental compliance. Kesen builds the instruments that regulatory test bodies and plant environmental teams use to determine particulate matter, gaseous pollutants, flow conditions and moisture in boiler, kiln, furnace and incinerator exhaust.

Frequently asked questions
Which method framework applies to my stack test?
The instrument must suit the framework your report is prepared under. Our stack samplers are built to GB/T 16157-1996 and HJ/T 48-1999 for isokinetic gravimetric particulate determination, with a low-concentration gravimetric method to a stated lower testing limit of 1 mg/m³. The physical principle, probe geometry and gravimetric determination are the same as US EPA Method 1-5 and EN 13264-1; procedural details for flow verification, leak checks and calculation differ between frameworks. We supply the instrument configuration and verification records your accredited test body requires — the compliance report is prepared by your own tester.
Can I configure the instrument for my stack geometry?
Yes. Sampling probe type and length, pitot configuration, flue gas processor, low-concentration probe, gas configuration, pump flow rate, output protocol, data storage and power input are specified at order. Note that modifications to a performance-tested instrument can affect its suitability status in jurisdictions where a formal assessment is required, and we flag this wherever it applies.
What accuracy should I expect, and how is it stated?
Every specification we publish carries its measurement conditions — range, ambient temperature, compensation mode, gas and response time. We do not publish a bare accuracy figure without the context that makes it meaningful. If a competitor's datasheet omits those conditions, ask both of us for the same test and compare.
