Who to contact
| Purpose | Contact | What to include for a fast answer |
|---|---|---|
| Quotations and orders | sales@kesensetech.com [+00 000 000 0000] Mon–Sat, 08:30–18:00 GMT+8 |
Application, parameter or gas, expected range, output protocol, destination country and target date. Country and date change the price more than anything else on the form. |
| Technical support | engineering@kesensetech.com | The method you must follow, the physical conditions (temperature, duct diameter, pressure) and what the result has to be used for. Method interpretation questions are welcome — they usually prevent a wrong purchase. |
| OEM / private label | oem@kesensetech.com | Target gas, measurement range, supply arrangement (module or complete instrument), interface, first-order quantity and estimated annual volume. |
| Calibration and repair | service@kesensetech.com | Model, serial number, last calibration date and the fault description if service is needed. Available for instruments bought through a distributor as well as direct purchases. |
| Supplier qualification | procurement@kesensetech.com | Your company name and the qualification scope. The package — registration documents, certificates, sample calibration record, Declaration of Conformity, warranty terms — is assembled on request. |
Response times
| Enquiry type | Expected first reply | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Technical question | Within 1 working day | Usually the same working day, Monday to Saturday. |
| Quotation, configuration specified | Within 1 working day | Includes the configuration, the standards the instrument is built to, the lead time and the Incoterm requested. |
| Quotation, application still open | 1–2 working days | One clarifying question first, because pricing an undefined application produces a price that comes back as a dispute. |
| OEM project | 2–3 working days | The engineering assessment behind a private-label quotation is not a same-day exercise. |
| Certificate or document request | Within 2 working days | Document packages are assembled manually; if a deadline is short, say so in the enquiry. |
These commitments are written on the page rather than left implicit. An unacknowledged enquiry is the most common reason a B2B lead is lost, and stating the turnaround is the cheapest way to prevent it.
Company details
The block below must carry the registered legal name, the registered address, the business licence number and the VAT or EORI number. Procurement teams verify these, and a supplier page without them fails the first check it is given. These are legal particulars, not marketing copy — copy them from the business licence rather than drafting them.

Manufacturing site
Assembly, calibration and functional testing are performed at our manufacturing site. Visits by accredited test bodies and prospective customers are welcome, arranged in advance so the right people are present.
Use an OpenStreetMap embed or another privacy-respecting embed. Do not use a Google Maps embed until the cookie-consent flow is live — a Google Maps embed loads third-party cookies on page load, before any consent is given, which makes the consent invalid across the whole site. This is the single most common way a GDPR-compliant-looking site is actually non-compliant.
Factory photographs — assembly bench, calibration laboratory, finished goods, and a real instrument in a real stack or ambient application — are required for this page. Procurement teams ask for them specifically and they are not decorative; a factory photo is evidence of capacity claims made elsewhere on the site. See the photography brief for the shot list and settings.
Before you write to us
Three documents answer most questions before an email is written. Each takes a minute to read and each prevents a round of clarification.
- Standards & Methods reference — which method framework applies to your report, and what each framework actually determines. Free to download as a spreadsheet.
- Industry solutions — the recommended instrument set for your sector, with the engineering constraints that decide the specification.
- Certifications and traceability — what we hold, what is self-declared, and what a calibration record contains.
What we reply to fastest
Enquiries that state the application, the parameter, the expected range and the method framework get a usable answer on the first exchange. Enquiries that state only a model number do not — because the same model is supplied in configurations that differ by an order of magnitude in what they can measure, and the configuration is what we would be quoting.
